About the Role:



This role involves supporting our team who build our sofas.

Your responsibilities may include:



Cushion filling (Manually inserting the correct filling into cushion cases and attaching buttons) Packing cushions General Support (Performing various essential tasks to support the wider manufacturing team, ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow)

We're looking for a dedicated individual who:



Is comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling. Who will be able to comfortably use heavy trolleys throughout your shift. Possesses a good eye for detail and strong attention to detail. Demonstrates commitment to working efficiently and meeting targets. Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. Is able to adhere to strict health and safety regulations. Is capable of working independently Has a desire to learn new skills and apply them where required.
