Join our Subsea Production Systems team!




We devise smarter systems to control and monitor oil and gas extraction. Innovating in the energy industry, our subsea and surface pressure capabilities are industry-leading. We manufacture an innovative, market leading sub-sea production systems for the Oil and Gas market for off-shore facilities.


You will carry out pre-defined test processes for electronic equipment per a laid-out test procedure & record test data using online test results system for each individual tool.

The Manufacturing Team Lead perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Develops an operational year plan for own manufacturing activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As an Manufacturing Team Lead, you will be responsible for:



Driving performance improvements, cost reductions and problem resolutions for subsea products. Lead business initiatives in manufacturing technology, quality and productivity for a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 0.5 million Providing guidance and mentoring to manufacturing team. Executing and provide guidance for the analysis / evaluation of assigned projects that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product / program requirements Developing action plans to anticipate and respond to problems Assuring proper documentation of data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with policies and procedures Monitoring and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a degree in Engineering /HND or HNC apprenticeship Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including ability to lead a Manufacturing Team. Be able to demonstrate the initiative to stay abreast of technology advancements Have strong oral and written communication skills Possess the ability to guide and influence others
