Manufacturing Team Leader
Job Description
As our Manufacturing Team Leader you'll have a pivotal role in achieving our ambition of world-class manufacturing. You'll ensure operational excellence on shift, driving productivity, quality, and compliance. In this role, you'll lead a team to deliver against production plans and KPIs while ensuring Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Health & Safety standards are upheld. You'll drive efficiency and minimise waste through effective scheduling and resource management, champion continuous improvement, and support scale-up initiatives. Building team capability through training, coaching, and performance development will be central to your success.
What you'll have
Strong leadership skills:
able to motivate, influence, and develop others.Experience in FMCG manufacturing with a track record of continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage stakeholders around a shared vision.
