The Opportunity

The company is now seeking a

Manufacturing Production Associate

to join its dedicated team on the production floor. This is a hands-on role offering full training across all aspects of manufacturing -- providing the opportunity to learn, grow, and progress within a business that invests in every individual.

Key Responsibilities

Assists in the manufacturing, assembly, and finishing of high-quality products. Operates machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Supports quality control and inspection processes to ensure product excellence. Collaborates with colleagues across departments to meet production schedules. Participates in cross-training across multiple areas of production, gaining new skills and versatility on the shop floor. Contributes to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment would be an advantage, but full training is provided.
