Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels, quality checks, and equipment performance. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff. Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and best practices. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing waste.

Skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in production quality. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to manufacturing operations is preferred.
