to join our production team in Basingstoke. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that supports two key areas of our operation: CNC machining and mechanical assembly.
We're looking for an individual with proven experience in setting and operating CNC milling machines. While programming experience is desirable, it's not essential - we're committed to developing the right candidate who demonstrates a strong willingness to learn. The role also involves manual machining, including milling and turning, and the assembly of complex mechanical systems to precise technical specifications.
As part of a small, cross-functional team, flexibility and adaptability are key. The ideal candidate will be eager to work across both machining and assembly, bringing a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail to every task. If you're looking to grow your skills in a forward-thinking engineering environment and contribute to a company that values precision, innovation, and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
