Manufacturing Technician

The Role

We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team and work in one of our key areas within the factory. With your own area of responsibility, we\'ll depend on you to make sure it runs like clockwork. In this role you will have key responsibilities such as:

  • Maintain plant and machinery to a high standard - safe, reliable and efficient.
  • Troubleshoot, and find ways to continuously improve the performance of equipment.
  • Proactively schedule maintenance to maximise service levels.
  • Positively contribute to the facility\'s development.
You\'ll succeed if you have the following experience & qualifications
  • Must have - Minimum Qualification of an NVQ Level 2 within Engineering.
  • Can balance the need to address immediate problems and daily tasks with the ability to plan future improvements.
  • Communicate well, influence and keep others well informed day to day.
  • Keep up to date with new technologies and find practical ways to apply your knowledge.
  • Are a strong team player, work well within a team as well as using your own initiative.
