We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality standards. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of operations. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff. Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical role is preferred but not essential. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all tasks undertaken.
