Located just outside Wells, Somerset we are looking for Manufacturing Technician, Full Time.

Blending our finest ingredients to create our unique products is a real art form. Using your compounding or culinary background you will be part of a small team who use our methodologies and amazing formulas to wow our clients.
Having worked with and having respect for the raw materials, you will know the importance of retaining quality and perfection whilst compounding. Health & Safety and quality is paramount so you will need a keen eye for detail to ensure correct ingredients are used and accurate labelling as well our equipment being clean and ready for action.
By developing and fostering great working relationships with your colleagues and other teams you will be maintaining our culture of respect and most importantly team spirit.
A key advantage of this role is the 4-days working week.
We welcome applications from individuals with catering or chef experience.
The position offers a pay rate of 14 per hour.
Working hours are 10am to 8pm Monday to Thursday (including a 1 hour brake)
Work involve
Assist in the production of natural fragrances and beauty products according to established guidelines.
Monitor equipment performance and maintain cleanliness in the manufacturing area.
Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Document production activities accurately for traceability and reporting purposes.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to manufacturing operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
Willingness to learn new techniques and processes related to natural product manufacturing.
