Bespak is looking for a Manufacturing Training Generalist for this permanent role on the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is 38 - 45K per annum. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus, generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance.

As the Manufacturing Training Generalist your duties will include:
Deliver effective onboarding and operational training to help new employees achieve competence quickly.
Support structured training plans and role profiles to develop skilled, consistent, and efficient operators.
Contribute to career development pathways that align skill growth with business goals to enhance engagement and retention.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date training materials aligned with best practices.
Uphold ethical, legal, and company governance standards, seeking guidance when needed.
Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures, reporting incidents, and supporting continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices.
Manufacturing Training Generalist
Key Qualifications & Experience:
2-3 years' experience working as an operator on a pharmaceutical production line
Experience delivering training both classroom & on the job
Excellent communication & presentation & organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft office including Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
Basic Knowledge of adult learning theory and models of learning design (eg ADDIE)
Strong working Knowledge of current good manufacturing practices cGMP
Working to the Bespak core values
Desirable experience:
Experience of using basic video editing software (e.g. Adobe Express) is desirable.
Experience using Articulate 360 software.
Knowledge or experience of using AGILE methologies.
Knowledge or experience of change management (e.g. Kotter Kubler-ross, Lewin, etc).
