Job Title: Shed Manufacturer & Erector / Yard & Shop Support

Location: Trerulefoot, PL12 5BL

Hours: Full-time (includes 1 in 4 weekends on a rota)

Salary: Dependent on experience

Dave's Sheds is a family-run business specialising in bespoke sheds, summerhouses, and wooden structures. We take pride in our craftsmanship, friendly service, and the variety of work we do -- from workshop builds to customer sales and installations.

The Role:

We're seeking a reliable, hard-working individual to join our small, friendly team. The job combines shed manufacturing and erection with yard duties and occasional shop/sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture and assemble timber sheds, summerhouses, and other wooden buildings & fencing etc. Assist with deliveries and on-site installations. Carry out yard work including heavy lifting, loading/unloading, and maintaining a tidy workspace. Support the shop team when needed -- serving customers and assisting with sales. Represent Dave's Sheds in a friendly, professional manner.
Requirements:

25 years or older (for company vehicle insurance). Full UK driving licence desirable. Physically fit and confident with heavy lifting. Experience in carpentry, joinery, or construction preferred (training provided for the right person). Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Flexible to work 1 in 4 weekends on a rota.
