In this role you will respond to and record rebates, deliveries and claims for Lloyds Clinical ensuring the accuracy of direct and indirect costs are recorded for financial decision making and reporting. Please note this is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in the Coventry office.
Calculating and reviewing supplier rebates, ensuring all reporting, systems and data are fed accurate information
Investigating rebate queries from suppliers and follow through to resolution
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate aged items, specifically in relation to credits given to customers
Reporting stock adjustments on a weekly basis and identify any trends of stock losses
Perform month end cost accrual journals.
About You
Working towards an accounting qualification
Is methodical and organised
IT literate (especially Excel)
Experience of financial analysis, data interpretation and report generation skills
Working knowledge of NHS/care sector
Attention to detail
Ability to manage own workload, delivering challenging and conflicting prorities
Ability to build relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders
