As a Healthcare Assistant within our In-Patient Unit (IPU) in Glasgow, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.


Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will provide personal care, assist with meal delivery, and support patients with dignity and respect. You will also contribute to effective communication with families, including navigating sensitive and emotionally difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.

What we're looking for:

Demonstrated ability to deliver care in a health or social care environment NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards this qualification Knowledge of palliative and end of life care A nurturing and compassionate approach, with excellent communication skills The ability to work part of an integral part of a multidisciplinary team
