Marine Customer Service Officer
? Based at South Shields Marine School ? 35 hours per week ?24,102 to 25,939 per annum

? Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of student data
• Providing course advice and guidance to prospective, current and past students and clients
• Administration and verification of documentation related to the enrolment of UK and international students

• Experience of working in a customer facing role
