WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll work on a wide range of vessels -- from brand-new powerboats fresh from the factory, to brokerage boats requiring upgrades? or repairs.

Your work could include:
Pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and system checks
Electrical installations and fault finding
Equipment fitting
General marine engineering and servicing
Commissioning of new boats to manufacturer standards
Supporting boat shows and customer handovers

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A background in marine engineering, electrical fitting, boatbuilding, or a similar trade
Practical skills across a range of disciplines (we welcome multi-skilled applicants)
Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive, can-do attitude and pride in your work
