Stay with KeyWe is a family-run serviced accommodation and property management company in Southampton. We care about people, properties, and our community. As we grow, we're looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our friendly team and help us take the business to the next level.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Director, shaping how we expand and share our story.

The Role

We're looking for someone creative, organised, and enthusiastic about marketing. The role will be varied and flexible -- no two days will look the same. You'll help us showcase our properties, team, and brand while supporting projects that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and scheduling engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

Taking photos/videos of properties, team, and events, and editing for online use

Assisting with website updates and improvements (WordPress/Canva)

Designing flyers, branded materials, and email newsletters (Mailchimp)

Helping to run Google Ads and track results

Bringing fresh ideas to grow our brand and reach new audiences

Supporting marketing projects directly with the Director

What We're Looking For

Experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management

Confident using Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, or similar tools

Creative flair with a good eye for photos, videos, and design

Good communication and writing skills

Organised and proactive, able to manage your own time

Friendly, reliable, and flexible -- we know life commitments come first, and we're happy to work around them

Local to Southampton and able to attend properties for photo/video shoots

Hours & Pay

Part-time, approx. 10-15 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)

Relaxed dress code -- unless you're on-site, when we'll provide a KeyWe green top and ID badge
