Market Area F&I and Retention Manager

As the VWCV Market Area F&I and Retention Manager at JCT600, you will be responsible for driving Finance & Insurance (F&I) performance, customer loyalty, and retention across our five Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle sites. Acting as the vital link between the Brand Director and dealership management teams, you'll provide both strategic direction and hands-on support to ensure that F&I processes, retention initiatives, and profitability targets are consistently achieved.


This is an on-site role, based across all five VWCV locations, requiring regular dealership visits and close collaboration with sales and management teams.


Your day-to-day will include:

Lead and support dealership teams to achieve F&I penetration, product mix, and profitability targets. Analyse divisional performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Coach and develop Sales Managers and Advisors to ensure consistent, compliant, and customer-focused F&I delivery. Design and oversee retention and Key2Key strategies to improve customer loyalty and maximise business value. Collaborate with the Brand Director and Dealership Management Teams to implement strategies that enhance performance and ensure compliance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded automotive professional who can inspire teams, drive performance, and deliver results through strong leadership, insight, and collaboration.

Proven experience in F&I, Sales, or Retention within the automotive industry (Commercial Vehicle experience desirable). Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive results across multiple sites. In-depth understanding of automotive finance products, FCA compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship management skills. Commercially astute, organised, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Full UK driving licence with no excessive penalties.
