A DAY IN THE LIFE
Dive into data: Analyse distributor and consumer panel data (IRI, Nielsen, etc.) to understand UK market dynamics, competitor landscapes, and emerging consumer trends, focusing on key retailers and regional nuances.
Transform data into action: Translate complex analyses into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for UK-based marketing, sales, e-commerce, media, and leadership teams.
Be the go-to expert: Respond to ad-hoc requests, providing insightful analyses tailored to the specific needs of various business functions across the UK.
Master the UK market: Develop deep expertise in the UK Health & Beauty market, continuously building your knowledge of local trends, data sources, and analytical tools, leveraging external partners for technical support as needed.
Drive data innovation: Collaborate with IT teams on data management and analytics projects to optimize UK market data coverage and automate reporting processes for increased efficiency.
WHO YOU ARE
Experienced Analyst: Prior experience in market research/marketing data analysis, ideally within the UK market, either in a Marketing Department or a Panel Research Institute.
UK Market Savvy: Possess a strong understanding of UK sales and marketing practices, with proven experience addressing strategic brand or product challenges within the region.
Data-Driven Strategist: Combine expertise in business analytics with a passion for uncovering insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Collaborative Leader: Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, inspiring cross-functional teams with enthusiasm and a collaborative approach.
Tech-Savvy Innovator: Embrace new technologies and data solutions, with experience in Data Management (Governance, Leading & Deploying Projects) and Data Analytics (Dashboarding, BI, Machine Learning), ideally applied to the UK market.
