WHAT'S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?


As the Marketplace Merchandiser for CCC/Endura, you are the voice of the consumer in the region and the strategic connector between brand, product, and market. You'll lead the creation of consumer-right assortments and price positioning across CCC/Endura's key markets in EMEA - optimising for growth, profitability, and brand equity.



You'll gather, distil and action market insights, sales feedback, and data analytics to influence global range direction, drive best-in-class regional assortments, and ensure CCC/Endura shows up in the right places, at the right time, at the right price, in the right quantity for the right planet.This role is pivotal to bringing CCC/Endura global strategy to life on the ground--and helping protect and grow our swim category leadership in EMEA.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?


As our Market Merchandiser CCC/Endure you will be responsible for:

Consumer-Right Assortments

Manage and optimise the Endura/ CCC EMEA product assortment in collaboration with commercial and product teams, balancing local relevance with global brand strategy. Coordinate tailored assortments for key strategic regions/partners to drive adoption and elevate brand perception. Create assortments using sell-in/sell-out, ROI, and margin data. Deliver seasonal editing with a "less is more" focus, prioritising hero products, storytelling, segmentation, and credible outfit building.

Pricing

Manage pricing inputs (working closely with the Pricing Analyst): gather market benchmarks, GBB architecture, consumer perception, and competitive insights. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to recommend pricing strategies aligned to margin, volume, and brand equity goals. Support simplification across pricing lists and contribute to building scalable frameworks.

Analytics & Performance Management

Deliver and manage the analysis of CCC/Endura EMEA assortment performance against key metrics: ASP, margin %, adoption, sell-through, penetration. Prepare seasonal "lessons learned" reports and feed insights into future planning. Track competitor performance, market trends, and category shifts; turn insights into actionable recommendations.

Forecasting

Manage forecasting inputs: work with Sales and Planning teams to submit accurate forecasts by style, door, and channel. Pressure test forecasts against historical data and market potential to optimise buys and minimise risk. Support alignment between product strategy and financial planning to ensure sourcing accuracy and cost efficiency.

Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement

Coordinate and deliver regional GTM tools: storytelling, range explanation, segmentation guidance, and key line direction. Equip Sales teams with regionalised tools, key talking points, and tailored content. Support sales launches and key partner meetings across priority markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate inputs between Product, Sales, and Planning teams for the EMEA region, balancing brand ambition with commercial needs. Feed regional insights into the global briefing process and roadmap planning. Partner with Finance and DTC teams to embed consumer-centric thinking and margin responsibility.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?


To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Strong merchandising fundamentals across assortment planning, pricing, segmentation, and line architecture. Advanced analytical and commercial skills: you can read numbers and tell the story behind them. Experience working with or influencing forecasting, demand planning, and price positioning. Strategic thinking and an instinct for the consumer, the competition, and what good looks like at retail. Consumer-obsessed, commercially sharp, and brand proud. Curious, proactive, and adaptable--able to work across functions and move from detail to big picture with ease. Strong communicator and influencer--confident presenting ideas and standing up for what's right for the consumer and the business. Comfortable with digital tools and evolving technologies; openness to Al and automation is a plus
