You will manage multiple research projects, generate valuable insights, and support cross-functional teams to ensure data is used effectively to shape business strategy.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone self-motivated, organised, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver multiple research projects (virtual and in-person)
Conduct stakeholder and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) mapping and engagement
Shape and support research strategy to drive business growth
Build a scalable research programme to unlock commercial opportunity
Analyse and interpret data to deliver actionable insight for internal teams
Present market deep-dives and insight to key stakeholders
Encourage effective use of insights across the organisation
Investigate new and innovative research methodologies
Build and maintain internal/external networks
Lead brand health tracking and identify growth opportunities
Support the development of thought leadership in medical nutrition
Work closely with Brand, Digital & Innovation teams
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior research-based role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Insights, or relevant field
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in data manipulation, analysis and insight generation
Experience delivering research across multiple platforms
Ability to translate data and consumer understanding into meaningful recommendations
Strong project management and prioritisation skills
Solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Proficient with Microsoft 365 (including Teams)
Team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
Confident working
