Visual Appeal:

Maintain the stunning, clean presentation of the stall and all food displays, reflecting the sophisticated aesthetic of the Arabica brand.

3. Compliance, Cash & Customer Connection

Hygiene Focus:

Maintain

uncompromising standards

of food safety and hygiene (HACCP), ensuring the stall is always ready for inspection and consistently working towards a top-tier hygiene rating.

Financial Oversight:

Accurately manage the till operation, processing transactions, managing floats, and completing precise end-of-day sales reconciliation.

Ambassadorship:

Act as a vibrant Arabica ambassador, engaging with Borough Market customers, sharing the story of our food, and expertly handling immediate customer feedback with grace.
