Job Summary



We are seeking an Account Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. This role will work closely with our Account Manager to deliver exceptional client service while managing project timelines and ensuring delivery of work through the agency on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and will have previous agency experience.

Key Responsibilities



Account Management



Serve as primary or secondary point of contact for assigned client accounts Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and check-ins Collaborate with Account Manager to develop strategic account plans and growth opportunities Present performance, insights, and recommendations to clients Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner Review and provide constructive feedback on deliverables produced for clients by internal teams

Project Management



Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across internal teams Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope Facilitate internal project meetings and client status calls Track project budgets and resource allocation Manage project documentation and maintain organised client files Identify potential roadblocks and proactively communicate solutions

Campaign Support



Assist with campaign planning and strategy development Coordinate campaign launches and optimisation efforts Monitor campaign performance and compile regular reports Support quality assurance processes before campaign delivery Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on campaign development

Required Skills



Digital marketing understanding:

Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Web Development).

Organisation:

??Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Communication:

Excellent communication, written and verbal, that enable you to hold conversations with clients along with maintaining open channels of communication with the internal teams.

Attitude:

Proactive attitude that enables you to take ownership of the role and drive projects forward.

Collaboration:

Relationship building and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Problem solving:

Ability to identify problems, not shy away from them, and produce solutions.

Required Experience & Qualifications



Degree or other qualification in a relevant field (Business Management, Marketing, ...) Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role and in an agency setting. Experience in relevant agency/project management tools and platforms (e.g., Monday, Teamwork, Accelo).
