Full time, permanent office-based role in Worcester

We're looking for a Marketing Account Executive to support our PR Account Managers and Senior Team across a range of exciting global projects. You'll play a key role in creating, coordinating, and delivering marketing content - from PR campaigns and social media assets to graphics, videos, and 3D visuals.

What you'll do

Coordinate content creation and manage approval processes

Liaise directly with clients to take briefs and ensure smooth project delivery

Curate, distribute, and track marketing and PR content

Work closely with media partners and translation teams

Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports

Support the wider team with administrative tasks and project organisation

Assist with general administrative tasks and office duties when needed

What we need from you

Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail

A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, marketing environment

Enthusiastic about marketing, PR, and creative content production

Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, global agency

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and project management tools such as monday.com

Added extra, but not essential

Formal marketing qualifications

Foreign language skills

Full UK driving license
