United Supplies is a family-run business specialising in the supply of wines & spirits to the local hospitality trade, duty-free goods to the North Sea oil and gas industry, supply of domestic & international wholesale distribution and a growing digital marketing consultancy.
We're looking for a clever, curious and detail-driven Marketing Admin Assistant to support our digital marketing, wine, wholesale, and duty-free operations. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for someone who's not only organised and communicative, but eager to learn, analyse, and grow within a dynamic commercial environment.
You'll be involved in everything from preparing reports and price lists to supporting digital campaigns, customer communications, and content creation, with plenty of scope to develop your skills in systems, marketing strategy, analytics and creative presentation.
Job Summary
The Role: Marketing Admin Assistant
This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the day-to-day operations of our wine trade, wholesale, digital marketing consultancy, and general administration. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute directly to the smooth running and growth of multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support across our marketing, wine, wholesale, and duty-free divisions
Communicating with customers & clients via email, video calls, phone and in-person handling queries with professionalism and warmth
Preparing reports, presentations, and price lists for internal and client use
Conducting competitor research and analysis to support strategic decisions
Supporting the creation of marketing materials and creative digital content
Learn and assist with Meta and Google Ads campaign setup and reporting
Maintaining organised records and documentation across departments
Collaborating with the team on ad hoc tasks and stepping in where needed
Assisting the warehouse team with processing deliveries and orders as necessary
Collaborate with the team on ad hoc tasks and provide cover during holidays and absences
Act as a flexible point of contact across departments, ready to assist wherever needed

Previous experience in admin or marketing support or customer service is a plus but not essential
Details:
A permanent, full-time role based in our Aberdeen office
8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
29 days holiday, including bank holidays
