We're looking for a?Marketing & Administration Co-ordinator?to join the team at MICM. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - one day you'll be designing social media posts and drafting newsletters, the next you'll be coordinating bookings or helping deliver an event.
What you'll do:
Create engaging content for MICM's website, newsletters and social media channels.
Support promotional campaigns to showcase MICM's services, events and success stories.
Keep our busy Centre running smoothly through bookings, supplier coordination and asset management.
Provide on-the-ground support for events, workshops and meetings.
Respond to enquiries and build positive relationships with businesses, partners and stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
Experience in marketing or communications, with the ability to produce creative content across digital channels.
Confident communicator with excellent writing skills and a keen eye for detail.
Experience using social media professionally (LinkedIn, Instagram) and tools such as Canva or PowerPoint.
Organised, approachable and adaptable, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
Strong administration skills and experience managing records, bookings or schedules.
It would be a bonus if you have:
Experience running a facility or hub.
Knowledge of health & safety and facilities compliance.
Experience in planning and promoting events.
