We are seeking a dedicated, proactive and motivated Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a background in social media, marketing and office administration.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, providing support to various departments, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
Responsibilities
Manage and organise office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency
Manage social media content and engagement
Support online marketing campaigns and branding projects
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with bookkeeping tasks
Provide clerical support to team members as needed
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organised
Qualifications
Previous office or administrative experience is essential
Experienced in social media and marketing
Proficient computer skills, including a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Good clerical experience with an understanding of office protocols
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
