Eventmasters have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and highly organised individual to dive into the exciting world of corporate hospitality as a Marketing Admin Executive, driving success through exceptional support and coordination.

The Marketing Admin Executive will provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, ensuring all data is well managed, in order to give the Marketing and Sales team every opportunity to generate leads. This role is ideal for an organised individual with a keen interest in marketing and a proactive approach to multitasking and coordination.

Requirements



What you'll be up to:



Spearhead the management of marketing data from Website Enquiries - in some incidences being the first point of contact for some clients looking to book events Curate and action Enquiry Reports Source data on viable leads through social outreach and prospecting Management of data for Email Marketing activity Work closely with both the Sales and Marketing team to understand their requirements, promote transparent and open communication Support email marketing activities by sourcing CRM data and analysing campaign performance reports. Ad-Hoc support to the Marketing Team for content creation, social media management and edits to Marketing Materials

What we're looking for:



Proven experience in an administrative support role with 1-3 years of experience. Well-developed Interpersonal and Communication Skills - Effectively convey information to build strong relationships both internally and with external stakeholders Strong organizational and time management abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines A natural trouble-shooter with a solution-focused mindset Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands Experience working in a collaborative team environment Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn and Canva is ideal.
