SWIP Limited is an established company that specialises in innovative insulations systems based in Birmingham. We are mainly involved in the Government Funded Schemes that involve measures such as Solid Wall/ Under Floor and Roof Insulation.

Job Purpose



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Administrator to support our marketing team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, thrives on routine processes, and wants to gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing functions.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of marketing activities, from managing data and documents to supporting events and digital engagement.

Your role extends to actively contributing to the execution of impactful communications and crafting compelling content to elevate brand visibility and foster engagement. Collaboration with both the Business and Technical Departments will be integral, as you work in tandem to drive brand awareness, fortify online presence, and effectively generate leads.

This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career or with strong admin experience who wants to step into a marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities



? Create engaging & informative content to strengthen brand image, increase awareness and visibility, and enhance engagement metrics.

o Create engaging content for various channels, i.e., social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

o Create and ensure marketing materials align with company identity and values.

? Collaborate with other departments to organise co-authored content and campaigns.

? Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities & keep up to date with industry news.

? Conduct competitor analysis and use insights to generate actionable results.

? Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and campaign execution.

? Design marketing materials, such as social media graphics, brochures, leaflets, posters, file templates, etc.

? Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing deadlines.

? Conduct keyword research and optimise website content to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

? Regular review and update of database across various channels.

? Any other duties as directed by the head of department or senior management.

? Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

? Create and maintain templates, label and organise files, and ensure proper documentation.

? Assist in preparing materials, merchandise, and logistics for marketing events.

? Maintain merchandise logs, track stock levels, prepare items, and coordinate distribution.

? Send regular LinkedIn invites, support engagement campaigns, and help with outreach activities.

Key skills and competencies



? Basic understanding of all digital marketing channels and social platforms.

? The ability to work well under pressure and to make quick, sensible decisions.

? The ability to provide, accept, and act appropriately, on feedback.

? A degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent, i.e. Diploma/Certificate is preferred.

? Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

? Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

? Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

? Comfortable handling repetitive or process-driven tasks with accuracy.

? Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles (training can be provided).

? Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
