- Marketing Administrator



Provide administrative and operational support to the company's marketing activities Take an active role in developing and improving the company's website and social media platforms, which are at an early stage of development Contribute new ideas and content to help build brand awareness and attract customers in a competitive market Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media channels Support the development of online customer engagement strategies to promote the company's services Maintain and update website content, social media pages, and online business listings Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing and promotional materials Support the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, offers, and promotions Assist with customer communications, including service updates and promotional messaging Maintain accurate customer, enquiry, and marketing databases Track marketing activity and basic performance metrics, including website and social media engagement Assist with market research to identify opportunities for growth and customer attraction Carry out ad hoc administrative and marketing-related tasks as required to support business needs Provide general administrative support to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered effectively

Person Specification



Good organisational and administrative skills Strong written communication skills Basic understanding of website management and social media platforms Creative mindset with an interest in developing new marketing ideas Ability to work independently and take initiative in a developing business environment Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work collaboratively with management
