Due to our continued growth and expanding portfolio, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join our creative and friendly team in Huddersfield.

Job Purpose



Perform a range of marketing and BD support duties related to the daily operations of AHR's Marketing and Business Development Department

Relationships




Builds and maintains excellent working relationships with Directors, employees, M&BD team and Regional offices.

Key Responsibilities



Manage, register and update portals, maintaining up to date company information and accreditations/certificates Daily monitoring of Contracts Finder alerts, Tenders Direct and locate possible opportunities to circulate to the team in accordance with the bid process Work to the guidelines of the bid process to carry out roles Maintain and update all approved supplier documents/market engagement documents/onboarding documents and questionnaires Preparation and population of SQ/PQQs/bid documents. Update - CVs, project sheets, capability statements, LinkedIn profiles on a regular basis with new information Co-ordinate / reconcile reports and ensure they are kept up to date Provide general support to team on business development and marketing-related activities, together with some general administrative duties Assist in the compilation of documentation for bids and tenders and other business development and marketing projects Update / maintain company registrations to various industry associations

Secondary Roles



Ensure marketing materials / documents and company information is up to date and current Digital Document control, update relevant internal 'Intranet' documents (including Asset Library) Support the M&BD team where applicable.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience



Able to communicate effectively in verbal, written and design formats using appropriate media for different audiences both internally and externally Knowledge of Portals and OJEU process is desirable. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Attention to detail is essential to ensure that any marketing-related material generated is grammatically and visually correct, free of spelling errors, on brand and conveys the correct message Good teamworking and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels Excellent organisation skills with ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work within brand guidelines and with pre-determined templates
