Job Description

The Role:

Responding to employee, consultant and supplier enquiries by phone and email Regularly update and maintain Marketing files and documents Maintain stock control, ordering and delivery of promotional items Distribute and maintain business cards Design images in brand style for use across social media and website Provide project assistance to the Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing Be a brand ambassador advising stakeholders on all aspects of the visual and verbal identity of the firm Actively manage staff website profiles and photos Ensure online business listings and citations are accurate and consistent.
