Role Summary



Totally Delicious Limited is looking for the perfect Marketing Administrator to join our busy and vibrant team.

We have 3 sites located at Trentham Gardens and seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented and this new role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Marketing by coordinating various projects and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for creativity, a "can do" attitude and have excellent communication skills. You must have a keen eye for detail with a proactive approach yet most importantly have the drive, passion and enthusiasm to really make a difference.

You will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence through effective communication and innovative marketing initiatives.

This is a hybrid role with occasional travel.

Duties



Support the Marketing Team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and CRM systems alongside company databases. Co-ordinate the production of marketing materials including newsletters, social media content and brochures. Liaise with external vendors and suppliers as needed Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions Update and maintain the website content and social media platforms Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications Support and assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Manage and optimise SEO efforts to improve online visibility. Maintain and update the company website. Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads. Conduct analysis using Google Analytics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Write compelling copy for various platforms, including email marketing, social media, and website content. Ensure effective communication within the team and with external partners

Qualifications



Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B and/or Hospitality environment. A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Communications and related fields. Proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads, MS Office and Canva. Excellent analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, SEO and Digital platforms. Strong ideas and a flare for content creation. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Time management skills that enable you to meet deadlines consistently. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 22,000.00-25,000.00 per year
