marketing agency, we are building a Client portfolio of CEO driven / founder owned fast-growing businesses - across national and regional chains, and ambitious well-funded start-ups.
Responsibilities:
You will help us play a pivotal part in the growth of their sales, their brand, and their business.
You will be responsible for providing operational and marketing administration support to our Clients.
You will be accountable for the day to day administrative delivery off our strategies and marketing/sales frameworks whilst also developing long-term relationships with Clients.
You will work alongside our digital, paid media, creative, social media and strategic teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our results driven solutions.
We are a 'team together', office based business.
We specialise in customer acquisition.
Our business is helping our Clients grow theirs.
Existing agency, marketing or administration experience is required...
and you must be:

Key duties:
Develop a 'trusted resource' relationship with Clients.
Implement effectively and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Managing Client communication around projects and monthly activity.
Responsible for the day to day management of Client plans.
Managing clients jobs through direct Client Invoicing & reporting
Purchase Order and invoice management.
Organising meetings, agenda and meeting minutes.
Delivery of Client sms campaigns via software.
Administration and management of Client email campaigns
Client administration needs.
Proofing in relation to grammar, spelling and resolution.
Good writing skills.
Database management for Client activity.
Creating monthly and weekly client reports around resists and activity

Requirements for the role:
You must be organised and efficient.
Have a real interest in marketing and sales.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to work under time and budget pressures, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Client needs and objective.
Ability to manage projects profitably
Previous administration experience essential.
Previous Agency / marketing experience beneficial.
Comfortable in the use of CRM and project management software.
Full computer compliant.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
Mac user would be beneficial.
The Salary / Hours: Negotiable, dependant on skills and experience.
