About the role



We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to support data-driven marketing strategies, optimise mobile app performance, and ensure seamless user experiences. This role blends analytical skills with app expertise, helping the marketing team make smarter decisions, improve campaign ROI, and enhance digital engagement.



Key Responsibilities



Collect, analyse, and interpret marketing data (campaigns, customer acquisition, retention, app usage). Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, ROI, and customer behaviour. Provide actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies and budgets. Manage and monitor app store listings (App Store & Google Play). Track and analyse app performance metrics (downloads, retention, churn, ratings, conversion funnels). Collaborate with product and UX teams to enhance app features and user journeys. Implement and maintain mobile analytics tools Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to align app initiatives with overall growth goals.

About You



Experience in mobile-first businesses. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Magento). Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for improving customer experiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment while fostering strong relationships across teams.

Qualifications & Experience



1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics and app marketing Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Power BI). Experience with app attribution and mobile measurement partners (MMPs). Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) best practices. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
