Position Overview



We are seeking a motivated and analytically minded fresher to join our marketing team as a

Marketing Analyst

. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about data, digital marketing, and technology.

You will work closely with leadership to analyse campaign performance, derive insights, and optimise strategies to maximise ROI. This is a hands-on role with ample opportunities for learning and growth in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Performance Analysis



Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing). Analyse key metrics such as ROI, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition trends.

Data Reporting & Visualization



Extract and clean data from CRM systems (e.g., Optimiser CRM), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing platforms. Create dashboards and reports to visualise insights for stakeholders using tools like Google Looker Studio or Excel/Sheets.

Market & Competitor Research



Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behaviour. Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and growth based on data-driven insights. Provide input into content planning (blogs, social posts, email campaigns).

Collaboration & Support



Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, partner success) to align marketing efforts with business goals. Support A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, ad copies, and email campaigns.

Insight Communication



Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts). Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing). Excellent communication skills to convey data insights effectively. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools (CRM platforms, analytics software). Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or SQL is a plus (training will be provided).

Pay: Up to 37,000.00 per year
