The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for supporting the company's marketing and business development objectives through comprehensive market research, data interpretation, and analytical reporting.
Duties
Key duties include:
Conducting Market Research:
Gathering, analysing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Applying statistical and analytical tools (such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics to extract insights from large datasets and support strategic decision-making.
Competitor and Industry Analysis:
Researching competitor activities, market developments, and emerging trends to provide recommendations for strategic planning.
Customer Segmentation and Targeting:
Identifying and profiling customer segments to inform targeted marketing initiatives and improve customer acquisition and retention.
Reporting and Presentation:
Preparing detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Forecasting and Modelling:
Supporting demand forecasting, sales projections, and pricing strategy development through data-driven models.
Database Management:
Maintaining and updating marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaboration:
Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align analytical insights with business objectives and marketing strategy.
Trend Monitoring:
Continuously monitoring technological and market developments to support innovation and enhance the company's competitive advantage.
