Our client is an FCA-regulated independent brokerage providing whole-of-market advice. They specialise in tailored mortgage solutions for first-time buyers, landlords, and clients with complex circumstances, alongside protection, insurance, and commercial finance products.
Role Overview
This full-time marketing and administration role is ideal for someone who combines strong organisational skills with a creative flair for digital marketing. The successful candidate will support day-to-day office operations while also helping to promote the business through social media and content creation. Full training will be provided, including guidance on using the in-house CRM system and understanding key workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support, including email management, document preparation, and data entry
Using Microsoft Office effectively, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
Creating and posting engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Assisting with marketing campaigns and online promotions
Collecting and reporting on marketing campaign data
Maintaining organised digital records and supporting client communications
Candidate Requirements
Right to work and live within the UK
Achieved a C/4 and above in English and maths GCSEs
Educated to A-level standard in synergistic subjects
Prior administrative experience is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
The Apprenticeship
This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:
Campaign management;
Content creation;
Social Media marketing;
Digital and traditional communications;
Brand management;
Communication skills;
Project Management;
And much, much more.
All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you're finished on the apprenticeship you'll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
