To support our expanding outreach, admissions, and communication activity. This role will combine hands-on experience within the school with one day per week dedicated to formal apprenticeship training (college or remote study).
Role Summary
Title: Marketing & Admissions Apprentice
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Works closely with: Admissions Registrar, SLT, and wider administration team
Contract: Fixed-term apprenticeship (18 months) with potential for progression
Working pattern: Full time, 1 day per week study release
The individual will also benefit from enhanced pay above the national apprenticeship rate.
Key Responsibilities
Support creation and scheduling of marketing content across web, email, and social media.
Capture and edit photos/videos for digital campaigns.
Maintain website content and monitor analytics.
Assist with Open Mornings, tours, and events logistics.
Support the Admissions Registrar with enquiry handling and data management.
Compile marketing and admissions performance reports.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and uphold GDPR standards.
Model Moon Hall values and contribute ideas to enhance the parent experience.
Apprenticeship Training Provider
The proposed qualification is the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship Standard (18 months duration). This qualification aligns closely with the role requirements and includes core modules on digital marketing, content creation, campaign analysis, and brand communication.
