Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Digital Operations
Design, implement, and manage marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee digital marketing activity including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website performance.
Manage the company's online presence, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Create and coordinate marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional content in collaboration with designers, suppliers, and media partners.
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and advertising regulations.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and innovative marketing techniques.
Business Development
Identify and support new business opportunities to grow the client base.
Assist with the development and execution of business growth strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, partnerships, and opportunities.
Support sales initiatives by preparing proposals, presentations, and client materials.
Track leads, support relationship management, and follow up on prospects.

Website and E-commerce Support

Product Development Support

Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
