Duties

Analyse market trends and identify potential areas for growth. Manage relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence. Utilise social media management tools to engage with target audiences and promote services. Create and maintain content on WordPress websites to attract and retain customers. Optimise website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials using Adobe software. Prepare reports using Excel to track performance metrics and present findings to stakeholders. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure alignment on objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Proficiency in social media management platforms and strategies. Familiarity with WordPress for website management is desirable. Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance online visibility. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite for marketing materials is an advantage. Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. A background in IT or technology sectors is beneficial but not essential.
