Marketing And Campaigns Manager – Private Care

London, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

As a key member of the Private Patients team, you will lead marketing and campaign activity to promote our services to patients, GPs, consultants, insurers, embassies, and other referral sources. You will manage our digital presence, including website development, SEO, social media, review platforms, and online advertising, as well as oversee non-digital marketing initiatives.

The role involves creating and executing content and campaigns, developing marketing plans, and supporting brand growth. You will work closely with senior managers across the Private Care Directorate to deliver professional events for prospective patients and referring organisations, including open days, presentations, and informal engagement opportunities.

Collaboration with service managers will be key to ensuring all patient-facing materials--online and written--are clear, professional, and aligned with our brand. You will also support the collection and reporting of patient feedback and satisfaction across both digital and offline channels.

The post holder will lead the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns to promote private services across digital and print platforms. This includes writing and proofreading content for brochures, emails, advertisements, patient communications, website updates, and social media. They will manage the production of marketing materials and work with approved external agencies to develop promotional resources, ensuring compliance with Trust procurement processes.

They will monitor campaign budgets, analyse performance, and report outcomes. The role involves conducting competitor analysis, supporting SEO efforts, and managing pay-per-click and social media activity. The post holder will collaborate with consultants and their teams to maintain accurate online profiles and ensure promotional activity reflects service offerings.

They will also support audience research, ensure patient-facing materials are clear and brand-aligned, and contribute to feedback collection and reporting. Cross-team collaboration is essential to support divisional projects and ensure consistent, high-quality marketing delivery.
