We are seeking a
Marketing and Client Manager
to join our team and lead our strategic marketing and client management initiatives for our next phase of growth.
About the Role
The role of a Marketing and Client Manager carries strategic responsibility for the organisation's client management and international students recruitment marketing operations. It involves leading, planning, and executing data-driven marketing strategies, overseeing stakeholder and partner relationships management, and driving international student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets, working under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager of Business Development and Strategy.

Outlined below are the activities some or all of which you will undertake:
Strategic Planning & Implementation:
Support the Senior Manager of Business Development and Strategy in developing and executing international student recruitment and marketing strategies that align with organisational business goals.
Conduct market research and analyse trends, competitor activity, and data to identify new market opportunities and inform marketing and students recruitment strategy.
Set and monitor recruitment performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
Marketing & Communication:
Set the strategic framework and channel mix across platforms including the website, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, leading integrated multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, and web) tailored to international audiences while ensuring brand consistency and cultural relevance.
Develop and oversee high-impact content for websites, email campaigns, brochures, and social media to attract, engage, and convert prospective students.
Lead the use of CRM systems to manage prospect data, track recruitment activity, and deliver targeted, data-driven communications across the student lifecycle.
Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a wide range of external stakeholders, including prospective students, educational agents, partner institutions, government bodies, and alumni.
Act as the primary point of contact for key partners and agents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with internal teams of partner schools (admissions, academic faculties, marketing, student support) to ensure a seamless and positive experience for applicants and enrolled students.
Events & Recruitment Activity:
Design, plan, and deliver international recruitment activities, including education fairs, school and college visits, webinars, and on-campus open days, with responsibility for branded marketing materials and digital content, and flexibility for international travel and out-of-hours work.
Manage agent familiarisation visits and provide marketing support to partners and agents to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Management & Operations:
Manage allocated budgets for marketing campaigns and recruitment activities, ensuring maximum return on investment.
Produce regular reports and presentations on recruitment performance, market insights, and campaign effectiveness for senior management.
Qualification and Essential Skills
We're looking for a candidate with the following qualification and essential skills:
Education: A Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Experience in a marketing, sales, client management or international education and student recruitment environment.
Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), cross-cultural awareness, digital business marketing and analysis skills are essential.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, web content management systems, and social media for business is crucial.
Personal Attributes: Adaptability, a proactive and innovative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are highly valued.
