About the Role:


Inspire Lifestyle Management is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing and Client Support Assistant to support our growing business and our clients with marketing and social media activity. This role is perfect for someone with a flair for content creation and digital marketing, who is confident using social media and online tools to drive engagement and visibility.

Working closely with the Director, you'll create engaging content, manage social media scheduling, and help ensure marketing activities are consistent, professional, and on brand.

There will also be times you may be required to support with other client activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Marketing & Content Creation



Create engaging social media content (posts, graphics, reels, and stories) for Inspire Lifestyle Management and clients.

Write captions, blogs, and newsletters in line with brand tone and audience.

Schedule and monitor posts across platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram).

Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Update websites with fresh content (blogs, imagery, case studies).

Client Marketing Support



Support with client-specific social media tasks, ensuring their brand identity is reflected.

Prepare reports on social media performance and engagement.

Carry out research into trends, hashtags, and opportunities to grow client visibility.

General Marketing Administration



Keep brand assets, templates, and content libraries organised.

Assist with preparing marketing materials such as brochures or presentations.

Support the Director in implementing marketing strategies.

Business Administration and Client Support



Support with client inboxes, basic correspondence, and follow-ups as required.

Assist with scheduling, bookings, and research projects for clients and the business.

Provide general administrative support during busy periods or when covering annual leave.

Support client tasks, document preparation, and system updates where needed.

Assist with keeping client information, trackers, and internal documents organised and up to date.

Skills and Experience:



Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; TikTok desirable).

Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills.

Experience creating reels or video content.

Confident IT user with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

Confident using Canva or other design tools.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Proactive, creative and able to work independently.

Tech-savvy and confident using online tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft365, and scheduling platforms (or willing to learn).

Confidentiality and Professional Conduct:



Maintain strict confidentiality at all times, particularly when handling client information, personal data, or business-sensitive material.

Act with integrity and professionalism when representing the business, both internally and externally.

Comply with data protection regulations (GDPR) and internal privacy procedures.
