Marketing and Communications Coordinator
and help shape the voice of our award-winning bakery and chocolate brand. You'll work across digital, print, PR, and in-person touchpoints to deliver an authentic, engaging presence that reflects the heart of our small business.
From social media strategy and content creation to managing press relations and collaborating with designers and agencies, you'll play a central role in sharing what makes Pump Street so special. You'll need to be equally at home behind a camera, writing compelling copy, and managing multiple projects with precision.

What you'll do:
Develop and implement the marketing plan across digital, print, and in-person channels
Manage daily social media activity (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), email campaigns (Mailchimp/Klaviyo), and content creation (photo/video/copy)
Coordinate with agencies and freelancers (graphic design, SEO, photography, PR)
Draft and issue press releases, respond to media requests, and maintain press relationships, work with external PR agencies seasonally
Track campaign performance and report on key metrics
Maintain brand consistency across all communications and materials
What we're looking for:
Experience in a similar marketing or communications role
Strong skills in copywriting, content planning, and social media management
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Google Suite
Clear communication skills and attention to detail
Photography, videography and editing experience (iPhone or DSLR)
Driver's licence and ability to work across our Suffolk locations
