We're seeking a dynamic, experienced team player to drive our marketing strategy alongside the Managing Director. Key responsibilities include delivering quarterly action plans; managing and optimising the hotel website (CMS), SEO, analytics dashboards, and social channels; creating EDM campaigns via our email automation platform; drafting press releases, coordinating media relations, and hosting press visits; supporting initiatives such as the Eat Jersey Food Festival and our sustainability programme; and working with digital agencies, designers, photographers, and print suppliers. The role also involves CRM management, online reputation monitoring, and supporting revenue-generation campaigns. Fully office-based at The Atlantic Hotel, St Brelade, Jersey. Applicants need 3+ years' marketing experience, excellent written skills, strong grasp of digital tools.
