We are seeking an ambitious and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and inspire our team in the Leisure industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase our brand visibility and customer engagement.

• Support the UK Marketing Director in the implementation of the UK marketing strategy
• Oversee all marketing and promotional activities including national retail calendar and campaigns
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Maintain relationships with external agencies and partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Drive marketing and brand communications in a Leisure businessManage a strong marketing team and drive team productivity
A successful Marketing & Communications Manager should have:

• Experience in a similar role within Leisure, Travel or Retail industry
• Strong coaching and team management skills in current and previous roles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A creative and strategic mindset
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of market research methods and analysis
