Job Description

We have a unique opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team, responsible for cross-channel strategies and in-house design.

You will lead and manage the marketing and communications strategy, ensuring alignment across all channels and teams to effectively represent and promote our brands.

This role requires someone who can seamlessly step into a key communication and project management position, managing ongoing projects and driving new initiatives, whilst maintaining current projects and timelines.

This role will start as a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract starting end of March / early April covering maternity leave with a strong potential to transition into a permanent position.



This is an office based role 5 days week, with Hybrid option of 2-3 days a week.

Role Essentials



Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of internal and external marketing and communications activities Manage and support a diverse team, fostering collaboration and creativity Ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all channels, and coordinate effectively with stakeholders across the Caterfood Buying Group family of companies

Strategy



Lead and implement the planning and delivery of the marketing and communications strategy

Ensure alignment of all external and internal communications for a variety of Group members and private label own brands.

Marketing & Comms



Work with the creative and digital marketing team to develop engaging campaigns and brand collateral

Present monthly marketing plans and analysis to stakeholders, understanding sales and trading targets and securing buy-in and support from colleagues for campaign execution

Project Management



Collaborate with key stakeholders from across the business to maintain inter-departmental relationships and facilitate successful projects

Actively monitor and ensure projects meet agreed timelines, acting as facilitator and contributor to projects

Internal Marketing



Work across departments to promote and communicate internal developments and messaging

Identify opportunities for collaboration and develop and strengthen the internal communication strategy

Who we're looking for



Highly experienced in project management, capable of working independently, managing multiple projects and as part of a team under tight time pressures Experienced in managing marketing departments and assigning priorities effectively Very confident and driven individual Strategic thinking and planning, with strong problem-solving skills Creative and Analytical mindset Strong verbal and written communication skills, including creating and delivering presentations Solutions-focused, with the ability to think critically and address challenges effectively Advocate for best practices in working with correct processes and efficiencies
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
