Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire



Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week



Contract: Permanent position with hybrid and flexible working



Salary: 36,400 per year

Marketing & Communications Manager

to lead our marketing strategy and ensure clear, engaging communication across all channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape our brand, drive growth, and promote strong internal and external relationships.




About the Role





As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will:


Implement a marketing strategy that supports business growth and brand awareness. Lead internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Create and manage social media content calendars and deliver engaging campaigns. Produce newsletters for customers and employees and lead internal engagement initiatives. Manage the company website, ensuring content is accurate and aligned with brand standards. Oversee domain management and licensing, working with IT and external providers to maintain functionality and security. Monitor and report on marketing and communication effectiveness using analytics. Manage the marketing budget and demonstrate positive ROI. Line manage and develop the Digital Marketing Executive and collaborate with external agencies.

What We're Looking For




Degree-level qualification or proven experience in marketing or business. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and multi-channel communication strategies. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Experience managing websites, CMS platforms, and domain licensing. Ability to influence, motivate, and build strong relationships internally and externally. Organised, adaptable, and results-driven.
