What You'll Lead



Marketing



Own the creation of all marketing materials across both sport and events using internal design support and agency partners. Oversee all website content and manage the club's web agency. Deliver impactful, segmented email campaigns via Mailchimp. Lead social strategy and guide day to day delivery with the Marketing Executive. Collaborate with national governing bodies and partners to align marketing activities. Drive the marketing strategy for a major events venue to boost bookings, engagement and commercial performance. Work with senior leadership to make effective use of the Marketing budget.

Communications



Act as the first point of contact for all press and media enquiries. Manage interview requests, image use and player coordination. Produce all press releases, editorial and communication materials. Deliver Media Day, press packs and content that genuinely elevates the organisation's brand. Push stories into wider press and build strong media relationships.

Match Day Delivery



Liaise with key broadcast partners where needed. Manage the Club's Live Stream production and commentary team. Deliver engaging matchday activations including sponsor activity, mascot management and in ground entertainment. Write matchday scripts and oversee the big screen content and host delivery. Deliver themed matchdays that lift the fan experience and attract new audiences.

Ticketing



Lead the ticket office team with a focus on exceptional customer service. Oversee season ticket fulfilment and all backend fixture setup. Support membership enquiries, reporting and general administration. Maintain high standards across retail space and Club inboxes.

Community



Support school and community programmes delivered in partnership with external foundations. Work with major local sports clubs on joint initiatives. Organise and promote community and family events.

Additional Responsibilities



Support partnership activation across digital and matchday assets. Build strong internal relationships to help deliver organisational goals. Assist the COO and wider commercial team as required.

Who You Are



Energised, organised and committed to delivering great work across multiple projects. Experienced using WordPress, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp and social channels. Passionate about sport and creating memorable customer experiences. Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns that meet business goals. Knowledge of cricket is helpful but genuine passion matters more.
