In this role, you'll take full ownership of global communications plans for both new and existing products--managing the entire end-to-end process of product launches and campaigns. You'll lead strategic campaign planning, develop engaging briefs, and deliver high-impact marketing communications that drive measurable results and support global sales targets.
You'll be responsible for the creative direction and execution of all campaign ideas, working directly with board members and senior stakeholders to shape key activities and ensure alignment with business goals. From concept to delivery, you'll manage photo and video shoots, oversee content creation, and collaborate with external suppliers to bring bold ideas to life.
Working closely with product specialists, you'll gain deep insight into our diverse range of machines and customer needs. You'll collaborate with our press team, events team, and graphic designers to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that blend digital and physical communications for maximum impact.
As a brand guardian for a globally recognised British business, you'll ensure consistency across all touchpoints. You'll manage large-scale budgets and travel across the UK and internationally to support product launches, events, and creative projects.
This will be suited to you if
You're experienced in leading, managing and developing global communications plans to create lasting impact across digital and traditional communications
You're an excellent communicator, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels including Directors and Board Level Members
You're experienced working in high pressure, fast pace environments and comfortable managing multiple high profile projects at once with simultaneous deadlines
You bring a commercial mindset, managing budgets and keeping projects on track to align with our sales strategy.
You're passionate about branding and understand the importance of consistency and storytelling for a globally recognised business
You may be responsible for managing a small team of direct reports and nurturing young talent to achieve their full potentia
You're experienced in working with external suppliers and internal teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
You're confident in managing photo and video shoots, from concept to delivery, and thrive on bringing bold ideas to life.
You're comfortable travelling across the UK and internationally to support campaign delivery and product launches.
You have experience in B2B marketing. A marketing degree is preferred, but not essential--your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion are what matter most.
